Catarina Olimpio is a Clinical Genetics specialty registrar at Cambridge University Hospitals currently working with Professor Horvath on a retrospective study of individuals with C12orf65(MTRFR)-related disorders.
She studied medicine as a graduate at the University of Warwick after completing a BSc (Hons) in Human Genetics in 2005 at The University of Leeds, and a MSc in Prenatal Genetics and Fetal Medicine in 2006 at University College London. After finishing her MBChB in 2011, she completed her medical Foundation Training in North London and her core Paediatric training in the East of England.
